Returns

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, get in touch.

Change of mind

You can return any unused item within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

You are responsible for return postage. We recommend a tracked service or obtaining proof of postage, as we cannot refund items with no proof of postage.

Once we receive the item we will refund the purchase price and the standard delivery cost you originally paid, within 14 days.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, email us at [email] within 30 days. We will cover all postage costs and either refund you in full or send a replacement, whichever you prefer.

Send us a photograph of the damage and in most cases you will not need to return the item at all.

Your statutory rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel, and a further 14 days to return the items. Our 30 day policy is in addition to this and does not affect your legal rights.

Exclusions

Custom and personalised items made to your specification cannot be returned unless faulty.

Wholesale and trade orders are covered by separate terms. Please contact us directly.

How to return an item
